The Governor-7 is constructed from chrome-molybdenum steel with 58 to 62 Rockwell C hardness, weighing approximately 180 kilograms. Its main body length is 1.2 meters with an input shaft diameter of 60 millimeters. The internal mechanism includes precision-rolled gears capable of 750 Nm torque, optimizing speed and pressure control in hydraulic or pneumatic systems. Surface treatment with heat treatment and chrome plating provides wear and corrosion resistance, extending the devices service life beyond 15 years.
The Governor-7 can control pressure up to 350 bar with ±2 percent adjustment accuracy. System response time is under 0.2 seconds, minimizing vibrations from dynamic load changes. Installation on standard steel or concrete bases is achieved using M20 bolts. The modular design allows fast replacement of wear parts and routine maintenance without reducing operational efficiency.
