Governor-7

The Governor-7 is a mechanical-hydraulic speed control system made from steel and brass alloys with anti-corrosion coating, ensuring stable operation in 0–120°C temperatures and hydraulic pressure up to 200 bar. The central shaft is designed with a 25 mm diameter and 150 mm length, and the total system weight is approximately 12 kg. Mechanical blades and weights are machined with 0.1 mm precision to guarantee engine speed control between 50 and 3000 rpm.

Hydraulic connections include class 150 flanges and 220-bar safety valves. Internal lubrication uses VG 46 oil, and hydraulic leak testing is performed at 1.2 times the operating pressure. System assembly follows ISO 9001 standards, with non-destructive testing including ultrasonic inspection and static pressure checks to ensure accurate performance and a service life exceeding 10 years.
