The lever body is made of hardened steel alloy with anti-corrosion coating, and the base plate thickness is 6 mm. Internal bearings have a 30 mm diameter and radial load capacity of 700 kg. Lever travel ranges from 20 to 35 mm with a rotation angle up to 40 degrees. The return spring is made of spring steel, 150 mm free length, and 900 N tension. All adjustment bolts follow DIN 912 standard with 30 Nm torque.

This kit is compatible with 200 and 220 excavator chain systems and allows precise chain tension control. Vibration resistance reaches 15g, and operating temperature ranges from -30 to +90°C. Internal lubrication uses high-temperature, high-pressure grease, with an estimated service life over 150,000 hours. Total kit weight ranges from 2.5 to 3.2 kg. Pressure, durability, and corrosion resistance tests comply with ISO 16232, with a power transmission efficiency over 93 percent.
