The Superbee fan impeller is made of lightweight alloy aluminum with anodized surface treatment for corrosion and heat resistance, capable of withstanding operating temperatures up to 150 degrees Celsius and air pressures up to 2 bar. The outer diameter ranges from 450 to 550 millimeters, with an inner diameter between 80 and 120 millimeters. Blades are mounted at an angle of 30 to 35 degrees, with thickness between 4 and 6 millimeters, ensuring optimal airflow and reduced vibration. The impeller weighs between 8 to 12 kilograms, with dynamic balance controlled within 0.05 millimeters.
In the design of the Superbee fan impeller, airflow is engineered to reduce negative pressure in the engine intake system and optimize cooling efficiency. Blades are reinforced with wear-resistant and UV-protective coatings and can withstand instantaneous torque up to 500 Nm. Direct mounting on the fan shaft is achieved using standard bolts and shafts. Stable operation is guaranteed at rotational speeds from 800 to 2500 RPM, with operational noise measured below 72 decibels.
