Injector pump components

Injector pump components include piston, bush, camshaft, control valve, and main body, manufactured from hardened steel and wear-resistant alloys. Dimensional accuracy of pistons and bushes is controlled within 5 microns, with operational pressure tolerance up to 2500 bar and temperature up to 120°C. Service life ranges from 2,000 to 15,000 hours, and hard chrome or nickel coatings are applied to reduce wear and friction.

Assembly is performed with precise tolerances, and non-destructive testing NDT such as ultrasonic and radiographic inspection is conducted. Fuel inlet and outlet systems comply with SAE and DIN standards, with pump performance verified via hydrodynamic and pressure testing. Design follows ISO 9001, DIN 51502, and SAE J967 standards to ensure injection accuracy and continuous operation.
