102 crankshaft oil seal

The 102 crankshaft oil seal is made of heat- and oil-resistant rubber with a reinforced metal core, capable of operating between -30 to 150 degrees Celsius and withstanding ambient pressure up to 3 bar. The internal diameter is 102 millimeters, with an external diameter between 128 and 130 millimeters. The rubber wall thickness is approximately 6 millimeters, and hardness is controlled between 65 to 70 Shore A. The contact surface with the crankshaft is finished to under 0.02 millimeters to prevent oil leakage and ensure a service life exceeding 8,000 operating hours.

In the design of the 102 crankshaft oil seal, the internal spring and washer distribute pressure evenly to prevent stress concentration. Mechanical resistance against vibration, shock, and radial oscillations is ensured, and direct installation on the crankshaft is achieved using a standard groove. Stable operation is guaranteed at speeds from 500 to 4000 RPM, with oil leakage below 0.1 percent per hour. The wear-resistant rubber coating enhances durability and reduces friction.
