The original PC400 harness includes control cables, multi-pin connectors, and PVC protective sheathing with heat resistance up to 120°C. Total harness length ranges from 3 to 5 meters, with average cable diameter of 6 mm. Conductors are 99.9% pure copper with cross-sections of 1.5–4 mm², supporting 10–40 A current. Each branch has electrical resistance under 0.02 ohms, and insulation complies with UL 758. Connectors feature vibration-resistant locks up to 15g, and thermal durability tests exceed 1000 hours.

This harness can directly connect to hydraulic, electrical, and control systems of the PC400 excavator. Resistance to oil, moisture, and UV is guaranteed, with flexibility maintained down to a 50 mm bend radius. Quick installation is possible with standard clamps and secure cable routing without structural changes. Operating temperature ranges from -30 to +120°C, with a service life over 8 years.
