Victor cover O-ring

The Victor cover O-ring is made of NBR elastomer with 70 Shore A hardness, ensuring stable sealing under hydraulic pressure up to 25 bar and operating temperatures from -40°C to 120°C. The inner diameter typically ranges from 20 to 80 mm, with thickness between 2 and 6 mm. The O-ring has a full circular cross-section, designed according to ISO 3601 standards to ensure uniform radial and axial pressure distribution and zero leakage in cover connections.

The O-ring surface is CNC-finished, and hydraulic leak testing is performed at 1.25 times the standard operating pressure. Wear resistance and compatibility with industrial oils VG 32 to VG 68 are guaranteed. Installation uses a press-fit with metal guide rails to limit displacement, corrosion, and deformation to less than 0.1 mm during operational life, ensuring durability in harsh industrial environments.
