Lift jack components

Lift jack components include hydraulic cylinders, pistons, shafts, nuts, and pressure control valves, made from alloy steel and hardened aluminum to withstand operating pressures up to 400 bar and temperatures up to 120°C. Shaft diameters range from 30 to 150 millimeters, and cylinder lengths vary from 200 to 2500 millimeters, supporting dynamic loads up to 50 tons. Cylinder interiors are coated with hard chrome or anodizing to reduce wear and extend service life beyond 20,000 hours.

NBR and FKM seals prevent oil leakage and dust ingress, while the internal lubrication system ensures up to 95% efficiency. Inlet and outlet connections use SAE standard flanges and safety valves. Hydrostatic and dynamic performance tests follow ISO 4311 and DIN 24554 standards. Component design ensures smooth, vibration-free load movement.
