The complete 57400 solenoid kit includes the valve body, electric coil, magnetic core, and standard fittings. The body is made of aluminum with 250 MPa mechanical strength and corrosion-resistant coating. The coil is made of pure copper with 1.5 mm² cross-section and 10–12 ohm resistance, operating at 12–24 V DC. The magnetic core is soft steel with magnetic induction of 1.6–2 Tesla and temperature resistance up to 120°C. Nominal current is 2–8 A, with electrical response time under 10 milliseconds.
This kit can be directly installed on Komatsu excavator hydraulic systems, providing precise oil flow control. Operating pressure ranges from 0 to 250 bar, with flow between 10 and 60 liters per minute. Vibration resistance is up to 15g, with mechanical shock tolerance up to 50 N/cm². Inlet and outlet connections follow ISO 8434, with estimated service life over 8 years. Current, pressure, and durability tests comply with ISO 9001, with electromechanical efficiency above 88 percent.
