Vacuum pump oil filters are usually used for purifying paraffin base oild that circulate within vacuum pumps and therefore should have the filtration size of 1 micro meter. as opposed to engine oils that have plenty of additives, most vacuum pump oil filters are dealing basically with anti-oxidation, anti corrosion and sometimes fumes. the working pressure and application of oil filters for vacuum pumps is between 0.007 PSI equivalent to 0.5 bar and up to 29 PSI equivalent to 2000 mbar. these oil filters operate well in temperature between -20 to 90 degrees C.
