This device is constructed from a 4 mm thick polycarbonate body and galvanized metal components. The vacuum chamber measures 300 x 250 x 100 mm with a maximum capacity of 5 liters. It uses a single-stage 0.75 kW piston pump achieving vacuum levels up to 5 mbar. The sealing element is a Teflon-coated heat strip 1.2 kW operating at a constant 180°C. Manual vacuum and sealing cycles take 10–30 seconds, processing 2–4 bags per minute. Power consumption is 1.8 kWh and weight is 8.5 kg.

The control system includes mechanical push buttons and LED indicators for vacuum and temperature status. A manual control valve for vacuum and optional gas flush ±2% volumetric accuracy is provided. An automatic heat cut-off sensor upon door opening enhances safety. Compatible with multilayer PE/Nylon bags of 80–150 microns thickness.
