Vacuum chamber dimensions range from 500 x 400 x 150 mm to 1200 x 800 x 300 mm. The vacuum system uses a two-stage oil pump 5.5 kW achieving vacuum levels of 0.1 to 1 mbar. The MAP gas flushing system operates with ±0.5% volumetric accuracy, blending N₂, CO₂, and O₂. A ceramic sealing element 2 kW with adjustable temperature of 100–250°C is installed. Cycle speed is 3–10 seconds, capable of processing 20–60 packages per minute.

A PLC control system with a 10-inch touchscreen and storage for 50 work programs is integrated. Pressure sensors, gas leak detectors, and lid placement sensors ensure precision and safety. A hydraulic door mechanism 15 bar pressure with dual safety locks enhances operational security. Compatible with multilayer films EVOH/PA/PE of 80–200 microns thickness for sealing. External dimensions range from 1500 x 1000 x 1800 mm to 2500 x 1500 x 2200 mm.
