A hydraulic door mechanism 15 bar pressure with dual safety locks enhances operational security. Compatible with multilayer films EVOH/PA/PE of 80–200 microns thickness for sealing. How Does a Vacuum Sealing Machine Work?
A vacuum sealing machine operates through an automatic, continuous process. First, the product is placed inside a special vacuum bag or tray. Then, the bag or tray is transferred into the vacuum chamber. Next, the vacuum pump completely evacuates the air from inside the chamber. After the vacuum is created, the heat sealer applies temperature and pressure to hermetically seal the bags seam. In some models, a neutral gas injection MAP step occurs before sealing. Finally, ambient air is reintroduced into the chamber, and the sealed package is ready for removal. This cycle is managed by a control system PLC that regulates the temperature, pressure, and time for each stage. The precision of these parameters guarantees the final quality and shelf life of the product.
