This machine features a carbon steel chassis with electrostatic epoxy coating and 304 stainless steel components. The vacuum sealing strip operates at widths of 500–1200 mm and variable speeds of 5–15 m/min. A two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump 4 kW achieves vacuum levels up to 0.1 mbar. A ceramic sealing element 2.5 kW with controlled temperature of 80–220°C is installed. It can process 8–20 packages per minute depending on film size and thickness. Power consumption is 8 kWh with required air pressure of 6 bar and flow of 200 L/min.

An industrial PLC control system with a 7-inch touchscreen and 30 programmable profiles is integrated. Optical and ultrasonic sensors automatically detect film thickness and adjust sealing parameters. A rotary cutting system with hardened steel blades ensures cutting precision of ±0.3 mm. Compatible with multilayer PA/PE and EVA films of 60–180 microns thickness. Machine dimensions are 1800 x 900 x 1600 mm with a weight of approximately 350 kg.
