This machine is constructed from a heavy-duty wear-resistant epoxy-coated steel chassis and 316L stainless steel components. Each vacuum chamber has standard internal dimensions of 600 x 500 x 150 mm, customizable up to 1200 x 800 x 300 mm. The centralized vacuum system uses a 7.5 kW rotary vane pump capable of achieving 0.05 to 5 mbar vacuum. The MAP gas flushing system operates with ±0.3% volumetric accuracy, blending N₂, CO₂, and O₂ in programmable ratios. Dual ceramic sealing elements 3.2 kW each with controlled temperature of 120–280°C are installed. With dual-chamber simultaneous operation, cycle speed is 4–12 seconds, processing 40–100 packages per minute.

An advanced PLC-based control system with a 12-inch touchscreen and 100 programmable profiles is integrated. Differential pressure sensors, infrared gas leak detectors, and PID thermal sensors ensure precision and safety. Hydraulic doors with 20 bar operating pressure and electromechanical safety locks enable risk-free operation. Compatible with multilayer EVOH/PA/PP films of 70–250 microns thickness for Modified Atmosphere Packaging MAP. External dimensions are 2800 x 1600 x 2000 mm with an approximate weight of 1200 kg.
