A ceramic sealing element 2.8 kW with adjustable temperature of 100–260°C is installed. Cycle speed ranges from 3–8 seconds, processing 20–50 packages per minute.
A PLC-based control system with a 10-inch touchscreen and 50 programmable work profiles is integrated. Piezoresistive pressure sensors, ultrasonic gas leak detectors, and film detection sensors ensure operational accuracy. A hydraulic door with 18 bar pressure and dual mechanical-electronic safety locks enhances safety. Compatible with multilayer EVOH/PA/PE films of 75–200 microns thickness for MAP packaging. External dimensions are 1800 x 1100 x 1900 mm with a weight of approximately 650 kg.
