A piezoresistive pressure sensor monitors chamber pressure with ±0.5% accuracy. The chamber lid is made of 10 mm polycarbonate with a mechanical lock and silicone gasket. Power consumption is 1.2 kW, requiring 4 bar compressed air at 10 L/min.
