A turbocharger for automotive and industrial engines consists of a turbine and compressor, manufactured from heat-resistant alloys and stainless steel to withstand temperatures up to 1000°C and turbine pressures up to 350 kPa. Compressor blade diameters range from 30 to 90 millimeters, and turbine blades from 40 to 120 millimeters, maintaining air handling efficiency up to 75 percent. The central shaft is made of hardened chrome-molybdenum steel, capable of 50,000 to 150,000 rpm, with ceramic or oil-lubricated bearings.

The turbine and compressor housings are produced with ceramic coatings and corrosion-resistant alloys, ensuring service life up to 150,000 km or 3000 industrial hours. Air intake and exhaust systems are designed according to ISO 9001 standards and include pressure sensors, bypass valves, and wastegates for precise turbine pressure control. Dynamic and thermal testing simulates real engine operating conditions.
