Industrial water tanks

Industrial water tanks are constructed from carbon steel or stainless steel with internal epoxy and external powder coating to enhance corrosion resistance and hydrostatic strength. Storage capacity ranges from 5 to 500 cubic meters, with wall thickness between 6 to 20 millimeters depending on tank diameter. Working pressure reaches up to 10 bar, and operating temperature up to 90°C. Foundation and support structures are designed according to API 650 and ASME BPVC standards to ensure stability against seismic and dynamic loads.

Welding is performed using MIG/TIG technology, with quality control including non-destructive ultrasonic and radiographic testing. Inlet and outlet connections use class 150 or 300 flanges, safety valves, and pressure gauges according to system requirements. External epoxy powder coating of 150 microns provides UV resistance and protection in harsh industrial environments.
