Industrial water tanks

Industrial water tanks are typically constructed from carbon steel with internal and external anti-corrosion coating, ensuring structural durability against internal pressure up to 10 bar and temperatures up to 90°C. Typical storage capacity ranges from 5 to 500 cubic meters, with wall thickness varying between 6 to 20 millimeters depending on tank diameter. The foundation and support structure are designed according to API 650 and ASME BPVC standards to withstand seismic forces and hydrostatic pressure.

Tank welding is performed using MIG/TIG technology, with non-destructive testing NDT including radiography and ultrasonic inspection. Inlet and outlet connections are designed according to system requirements, featuring class 150 and 300 flanges, safety valves, and pressure gauges. External painting uses 150-micron epoxy powder coating to ensure high resistance against UV radiation and harsh industrial environments.
