Axles, gear plates, flanges, and yokes

Axles, gear plates, flanges, and yokes for construction machinery are made from alloy steel with heat treatment achieving 50 to 60 HRC hardness to resist fatigue, wear, and dynamic loads up to 30 tons. Axle diameters range from 30 to 150 millimeters, and gear plate diameters from 200 to 1000 millimeters. Flanges and yokes are manufactured using resistance welding or CNC machining, designed to withstand torque from 500 to 5000 Nm. Hard chrome or nickel coating provides corrosion and industrial environment resistance.

Components undergo non-destructive testing NDT including ultrasonic and dye penetrant inspection to detect cracks and surface defects. Bearings and connections are rated for dynamic loads up to 50 tons and rotational speeds from 50 to 3,000 rpm. Design and manufacturing comply with ISO 9001, DIN 5480, and SAE J403 standards to ensure durability and safety of the power transmission system.
