Komatsu excavator engine speed sensor

The Komatsu excavator engine speed sensor is made from copper alloy and engineering plastic, with heat resistance up to 125 degrees Celsius. The sensor body measures 80 millimeters in length and 20 millimeters in diameter. Measurement accuracy is ±1 percent, and response time is under 5 milliseconds. It meets IP67 standards for dust and water resistance and operates at 5 to 24 volts DC. The digital output allows direct connection to the ECU and engine speed control systems, and its service life exceeds 7 years in industrial conditions.

The sensor operates in a range of 0 to 4500 RPM and provides stable, noise-free output signals. Installation on the motor shaft is achieved with an M6 bolt.
