This strapping machine features a heavy-duty 5 mm steel frame with electrostatic epoxy coating. Operating speed ranges from 40 to 60 bundles per minute, compatible with strap widths of 9 to 19 mm. The strap tensioning system provides 300–800 N force, while the sealing mechanism operates at 20 bar pressure. A 1.5 kW main motor with Variable Frequency Drive VFD and electromagnetic braking is installed. Strap feeding uses rolls of 500–2000 meters max. 400 mm diameter with ±1 mm guidance accuracy. Strap length per bundle is programmable between 200–1500 mm via digital controls.

The friction-weld sealing mechanism uses heat-treated carbon steel alloy hardened to 55 HRC Rockwell C. The control panel includes a 7-inch touchscreen with multilingual interface and memory for 50 profiles. Photoelectric and inductive sensors with 0.1 ms accuracy detect package positioning. Machine dimensions are 1400 x 900 x 1400 mm, weighing 320 kg. Power consumption is 2.2 kW per hour, requiring 6 bar compressed air at 120 L/min.
