The donut packaging machine is constructed from 1.8 mm thick 304 stainless steel for all direct contact surfaces. Overall dimensions are 2200 x 1000 x 1700 mm with a net weight of 480 kg. It operates with a 2.2 kW servo motor, PLC controller, and 10-inch multilingual touchscreen. Production speed is adjustable from 80 to 120 packs/minute with positioning accuracy of ±0.3 mm. The transfer system uses vacuum grippers with a 1.5 kW pump and -0.7 bar pressure. Stainless steel conveyors with PTFE coating feature CIP Cleaning in Place capability.

The machine structure includes row feeding, paper unwinding, automatic placement, and heat sealing systems.
