The tensioner for 102 engines is designed to withstand 1500 N of force with a 120 mm adjustment lever length. The body is made of high-strength aluminum alloy with anti-corrosion coating. The internal bearing has a 25 mm diameter and radial load capacity of 600 kg. The rotation shaft features a surface hardness of 55 HRC and friction-free rotation up to 6000 rpm. The return spring is made of spring steel with 800 N tension and a service life of over 200,000 cycles. Adjustment bolts follow DIN 912 standard and are tightened with 25 Nm torque.
This tensioner precisely controls timing and alternator belt tension and allows quick installation. Lever travel ranges from 15 to 25 mm with a 30-degree rotation angle. Operating temperature spans -30 to +90 degrees Celsius with vibration resistance up to 12g. Internal lubrication uses high-temperature, high-pressure grease, achieving transmission efficiency over 94 percent. Total weight ranges from 1.2 to 1.5 kg, and pressure and durability tests comply with ISO 16232 standards.
