The 1026BT engine thermostats in models 125, 140, and 170 are designed to precisely regulate coolant temperature within optimal operating ranges. The thermostat body is made of nickel-plated brass alloy with heat resistance up to 250°C. The central valve features a chrome-silicon steel spring resistant to mechanical fatigue. Initial valve opening occurs between 82 and 85°C, with full opening at 95°C. Valve diameters range from 32 to 38 mm, providing a flow capacity up to 45 liters per minute.
The 1026BT series thermostats are manufactured with ±1°C thermal accuracy and use NTC wax diaphragms for rapid temperature response. Their average operational life exceeds 120,000 thermal cycles. The three-stage opening design in 140 and 170 models reduces thermal shock in the cooling system. All models include silicone seals resistant to pressures up to 10 bar and are directly mounted in the engine’s aluminum housing. This design ensures thermal stability, optimized fuel consumption, and improved overall engine efficiency.
