The hydraulic tank gauge is made of carbon steel with wall thickness of 4–12 mm and internal and external anti-corrosion coating, ensuring resistance to hydraulic pressure up to 25 bar and operating temperatures from 0 to 90°C. Storage capacity ranges from 50 to 1000 liters, and the base is designed according to API 650 and ASME BPVC standards to withstand static pressure and high industrial vibrations. Inlet and outlet connections include class 150 flanges and 20-bar safety valves to maintain hydraulic flow and system safety.

The tank interior is precision-finished with anti-corrosion treatment, and the exterior is coated with 150-micron epoxy powder to resist moisture and UV radiation. Hydraulic leak testing, non-destructive NDT inspection, and static pressure testing at 1.5 times operating pressure ensure a service life of over 15 years in industrial environments.
