The engine crankshaft is made of chrome-molybdenum steel with tempering and nitriding, ensuring 950 MPa tensile strength and 58 HRC surface hardness. Bearing journals range from 50 to 65 mm, handling torque up to 250 Nm. Dynamic balancing is achieved with 0.01 mm precision, reducing engine vibration by 15%. Counterweights and balance axes improve lubrication and minimize piston and ring wear.

Connecting rods attach to the crankshaft via 22 mm pins, with crank angles between 120 and 180 degrees. Overall length ranges from 420 to 480 mm, and weight is approximately 18 kg. Oil grooves deliver 8 L/min, optimizing bearing contact and extending engine service life up to 1,500 hours. Contact surfaces are coated with hard chrome, keeping friction below 0.15.
