The engine crankshaft is made of alloy steel with a surface hardness of 55 Rockwell, capable of withstanding torque up to 1200 Newton-meters. Its overall length ranges between 400 and 600 millimeters depending on the engine type, with a main diameter of 50 millimeters. Main bearing design tolerates radial loads up to 3500 Newtons, and 8-millimeter oil lubrication grooves ensure continuous lubrication and wear reduction. The standard crankshaft weighs approximately 25 kilograms, with dynamic balancing precision under 0.05 grams.

The crankshaft structure includes flanged journals and connecting rods with machining precision of 0.02 millimeters. An internal anti-vibration system and balancing weights reduce vibration by up to 30 percent.
