The Komatsu 470 loader fuse box is made from engineering polymer resistant to heat and impact, ensuring stable operation in temperatures from -40°C to 85°C and vibration up to 5 g. Standard dimensions are 200×150×100 mm, with a total weight of approximately 1.2 kg. The internal system includes 24 fuse slots rated from 5 to 40 A, with a maximum electrical load capacity of 600 W. Connections are designed to maintain contact resistance below 5 mΩ and heat dissipation under 2 W per fuse.
Input and output terminals are made of tin-plated copper, secured with grade 8.8 stainless steel bolts. The cover includes a silicone gasket resistant to oil and dust, ensuring IP67 moisture protection. Vibration and shock tests follow ISO 16750 standards, and electrical endurance testing up to 1000 hours guarantees durability and safety of the loader’s electrical system.
