Excavator and Loader Teeth and Bucket Edges

Excavator and loader teeth and bucket edges are made of wear- and impact-resistant alloy steel, with heat treatment achieving 45 to 55 HRC hardness on the surface. Tooth lengths range from 300 to 1200 millimeters, and each piece weighs 20 to 350 kilograms depending on machine type and capacity. Components are designed to withstand shear forces up to 150 tons and operating temperatures from -20°C to 80°C. Attachment to the bucket uses hardened pins with nickel or chrome corrosion-resistant coating.

Teeth and bucket edges are produced using precision casting or CNC machining, with wear resistance tested according to ASTM G65. Tooth tip and edge angles range from 30 to 60 degrees to optimize penetration into soil and rock. Epoxy or UV-resistant coatings increase service life to over 10,000 hours in industrial conditions.
