Komatsu excavator washer fluid reservoir

The Komatsu excavator washer fluid reservoir is designed with a capacity of 5 to 10 liters and pump operating pressure of 1.5 to 2 bar. The body is made of impact-resistant UV-stabilized polyethylene, with an operating temperature range from -20 to 80 degrees Celsius. Inlet and outlet connections have 8 mm diameter and are compatible with 6–10 mm standard hoses. The reservoir cap includes a silicone seal for leak prevention and mechanical strength up to 150 N/cm². Mounting brackets feature 120 mm bolt spacing, and total reservoir weight is 1.2 kg.

This reservoir can be connected to hydraulic or electric windshield washer systems in Komatsu excavators. Pump output ranges from 1 to 3 liters per minute, with a spray height of up to 1.2 meters. Vibration resistance up to 10g ensures durability. Internal pump and valve materials are chemical-resistant plastics and operate without oil lubrication. Quick installation with standard fittings and easy maintenance are provided. Pressure and durability tests comply with ISO 9001, and service life exceeds 5 years.
