The STD 100, 75, 50, and 25 fixed and floating bearings are made of wear-resistant alloy steel with surface hardness of 58-62 HRC, ensuring radial load capacity up to 50 kN and axial load up to 10 kN. Standard dimensions include inner diameters of 25, 50, 75, and 100 mm, with outer diameters corresponding to each size. Floating bearings feature adjustable radial clearance to allow linear shaft movement at operating temperatures from -20°C to 120°C with minimal friction and wear.

Lubrication is provided using NLGI 2 industrial grease, and bearings are equipped with seals and anti-rust coating for high resistance to industrial moisture and dust. Installation uses grade 10.9 steel bolts with standardized hole spacing. Load capacity, vibration, and fatigue life tests follow ISO 281 standards, guaranteeing over 8 years of operational life under heavy-duty conditions.
