The Komatsu-7 original cooler compressor is made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel with corrosion-resistant coating, ensuring stable operation in temperatures from -40°C to 120°C and working pressure up to 25 bar. The cooling capacity is 5.5 kW with airflow between 150 and 300 liters per minute. Compressor speed ranges from 1000 to 3000 rpm, with vibration resistance up to 5 g for industrial applications.
Compressor mounting includes grade 10.9 steel bolts and pressure-resistant washers. Internal lubrication uses VG 46 oil, and pressure and leak testing follow ISO 5149 standards. The compressor body is coated with 200-micron epoxy powder for resistance against moisture, corrosion, and harsh environmental conditions. The expected operational life exceeds 8 years under continuous use.
