The filter base for Komatsu excavators is made of aluminum alloy with 8 mm thickness and 250 MPa mechanical strength. Total base length ranges from 200 to 300 mm, with a filter mounting diameter of 80 mm. Bolt holes follow M12 standard with 60 mm center-to-center spacing for quick installation without structural modifications. The filter contact surface has an anodized corrosion-resistant coating, and operating temperature ranges from -30 to +120°C. The base includes oil and water guide grooves to prevent leakage and sediment accumulation.

This base can directly mount oil, hydraulic, and fuel filters for Komatsu excavators. Total weight ranges from 1.2 to 1.5 kg, with vibration resistance up to 15g. Chemical resistance against oil, fuel, and lubricants is high, with estimated service life over 8 years. All bolts follow DIN 931 standard with 25 Nm torque. Pressure, durability, and corrosion resistance tests comply with ISO 16232, with fluid flow efficiency above 95 percent.
