The HEPCO HL115 excavator exhaust is engineered for efficient gas discharge and noise reduction under heavy-duty working conditions. It is made from heat-resistant alloy steel with an Fe-Cr-Ni composition, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 700°C. The wall thickness ranges from 2 to 2.5 mm and is protected by a high-temperature silicone coating. The total length is approximately 880 mm, with an outlet diameter of 108 mm. Its multi-stage internal design with expansion plates reduces back pressure and improves engine exhaust flow efficiency.
The HEPCO HL115 exhaust features a dual-layer construction with 12 mm compressed fiberglass insulation that prevents heat transfer to the outer shell. The connection is reinforced with an 8 mm thick steel flange and sealed using a graphite gasket. It provides vibration resistance up to 160 Hz and corrosion durability tested for 1000 salt spray hours. The total exhaust weight is around 9.5 kg, designed for direct installation on the engine manifold. This structure ensures higher durability, reduced emissions, and consistent performance under harsh operating conditions.
