The HEPCO 65 loader exhaust is engineered to discharge engine gases efficiently while minimizing noise under heavy-duty operating conditions. It is made from heat-resistant alloy steel with an Fe-Cr-Ni composition capable of withstanding temperatures up to 700°C. The body thickness ranges from 2 to 2.5 mm, with an external coating of high-temperature silicone paint. The total length of the exhaust is approximately 870 mm, and the outlet pipe diameter is 105 mm. The multi-stage internal design reduces back pressure and enhances exhaust gas flow efficiency.
The HEPCO 65 loader exhaust features a dual-layer construction with 12 mm compressed fiberglass insulation to prevent heat transfer to the outer shell. The connection section is reinforced with a steel flange and sealed using a graphite gasket. It provides vibration resistance up to 160 Hz and corrosion protection verified by a 1000-hour salt spray test. The total system weight is around 9.8 kg, designed for direct installation onto the engine manifold. This configuration ensures durability, noise reduction, and improved engine performance in demanding work environments.
