The HEPCO HC100 excavator exhaust is engineered to efficiently discharge engine gases while minimizing noise and vibration under heavy-duty operating conditions. The body is made of heat-resistant alloy steel with an Fe-Cr-Mo composition, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 720°C. The wall thickness ranges from 2.2 to 2.6 mm and is coated with high-temperature corrosion-resistant silicone. The total length is approximately 905 mm, with an outlet diameter of 110 mm. Its multi-stage internal expansion chamber design reduces back pressure and optimizes engine exhaust flow.
The HEPCO HC100 exhaust features a dual-layer construction with 13 mm compressed rock wool insulation that minimizes heat transfer to the outer shell. The connection uses a reinforced 9 mm thick steel flange with a high-temperature graphite gasket. It provides vibration resistance up to 165 Hz and corrosion endurance tested for 1150 hours in salt spray conditions. The total system weight is about 10.2 kg, designed for direct installation on the engine manifold. This design ensures long-term durability, reduced emissions, and stable performance in demanding work environments.
