The HEPCO HC100B excavator exhaust is designed to efficiently discharge engine gases while reducing noise and vibration in heavy-duty working environments. The exhaust body is made from heat-resistant alloy steel with an Fe-Cr-Mo composition, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 720°C. The wall thickness ranges from 2.2 to 2.7 mm and is coated with a high-temperature corrosion-resistant silicone paint. The total length is approximately 900 mm, with an outlet diameter of 112 mm. Its multi-stage internal expansion chamber design reduces back pressure and improves exhaust gas flow efficiency.
The HEPCO HC100B exhaust features a dual-layer construction with 14 mm compressed rock wool insulation that minimizes heat transfer to the outer shell. The connection uses a reinforced 9 mm thick steel flange with a high-temperature graphite gasket. It offers vibration resistance up to 170 Hz and corrosion durability tested through 1200-hour salt spray exposure. The total weight is about 10.5 kg, designed for direct mounting on the engine manifold. This configuration ensures extended lifespan, reduced emissions, and stable operation under harsh working conditions.
