The HEPCO HG180C grader exhaust is engineered to efficiently guide engine gases and minimize operational noise under heavy-duty conditions. The exhaust body is made from heat-resistant alloy steel with an Fe-Cr-Mo composition, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 720°C. The wall thickness ranges from 2.2 to 2.8 mm, coated externally with high-temperature corrosion-resistant silicone paint. The total exhaust length is approximately 910 mm, with an outlet diameter of 110 mm. Its multi-stage internal flow design reduces back pressure, improves gas flow, and enhances combustion efficiency.

The HEPCO HG180C grader exhaust features a dual-layer construction with 15 mm compressed rock wool insulation, minimizing heat transfer to the outer surface. The connection is reinforced with a 10 mm thick steel flange and sealed with a graphite gasket for durability. It provides vibration resistance up to 170 Hz and corrosion endurance tested for 1200 salt spray hours. The total exhaust weight is about 11.2 kg, designed for direct mounting on the engine manifold. This structure ensures extended lifespan, reduced emissions, and stable performance in demanding environments.
