The HEPCO HE100B excavator exhaust is designed to efficiently guide engine gases while reducing noise and vibration under heavy-duty operating conditions. The exhaust body is made from heat-resistant alloy steel with an Fe-Cr-Mo composition, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 710°C. The wall thickness ranges from 2.2 to 2.6 mm, with an external high-temperature silicone coating. The total length is approximately 895 mm, and the outlet diameter is 110 mm. Its multi-stage internal expansion chamber design reduces back pressure and improves exhaust gas flow.
The HEPCO HE100B exhaust features a dual-layer construction with 13 mm compressed rock wool insulation, minimizing heat transfer to the outer shell. The connection uses a reinforced 9 mm thick steel flange and high-temperature graphite gasket. It provides vibration resistance up to 165 Hz and corrosion durability verified through 1100-hour salt spray testing. The total weight is around 10 kg, designed for direct installation on the engine manifold. This structure ensures extended durability, reduced emissions, and optimized engine performance in demanding work environments.
