7-400 and 7-300 main rails

The 7-400 and 7-300 main rails are made of chrome-molybdenum steel with surface hardness of 58-62 HRC, ensuring wear resistance and dynamic load capacity up to 50 kN. Standard dimensions for 7-400 are 40 mm width and 70 mm height, while 7-300 measures 30 mm width and 70 mm height. The contact surface is CNC-finished and induction-hardened with a hard layer thickness of 3-5 mm, providing over 10 million linear motion cycles of service life.

Rail connections include grade 10.9 steel bolts spaced at 200 mm for installation on industrial machinery frames. Lubrication uses NLGI 2 industrial grease, and external anti-rust coating ensures corrosion resistance in up to 95% relative humidity. Rails operate in temperatures from -20°C to 120°C, allowing reliable performance in heavy industrial environments and high-speed production lines.
