The belt tensioner for 102 engines is made from wear-resistant steel with a surface hardness of 50-55 HRC, ensuring resistance to belt tensile forces up to 6 kN and operating temperatures up to 120°C. The central shaft has a diameter of 22 mm and the body length is 130 mm, with a total weight of approximately 3 kg. The internal spring operates at a stiffness of 1.5 N/mm to maintain uniform belt tension throughout the operating cycle, reducing belt slippage.
Connections include grade 10.9 steel bolts and vibration-resistant washers. Surface coating with hard chrome and 150-micron epoxy ensures corrosion, moisture, and industrial environmental resistance. Tensioner performance is guaranteed in the -20°C to 120°C range and has been mechanically tested over 10,000 operational cycles.
