The original Komatsu 3-470 loader fuel tank float is made of stainless steel with 2 mm thickness and 350 MPa mechanical strength. Float length ranges from 150 to 200 mm, with a rod diameter of 25 mm. Total weight is 0.8–1 kg, with fuel pressure tolerance up to 5 bar. Contact surfaces are coated against corrosion and deposits, with operating temperature from -30 to +120°C. Connection to the inlet pipe uses 10 mm diameter with M8 bolts tightened to 12 Nm.
This float can be directly installed in the Komatsu 3-470 loader fuel tank and fully integrates with the fuel level measurement system. Vibration resistance reaches 12g, with mechanical shock tolerance up to 50 N/cm². It operates with fuel flow between 30 and 60 liters per hour and has an estimated service life over 5 years. All components are ISO 9001 compliant, with successful corrosion, pressure, and temperature resistance testing.
