The contact surface is CNC-finished and induction-hardened with a hard layer thickness of 3–5 mm, providing a service life exceeding 10 million linear motion cycles.

Rail connections use grade 10.9 steel bolts with a 200 mm installation spacing. Lubrication is performed with NLGI 2 industrial grease, and the external anti-rust coating ensures corrosion resistance up to 95% relative humidity.
