7-400 and 7-300 main rails

The 7-400 and 7-300 main rails are made from chrome-molybdenum steel with surface hardness of 58-62 HRC, ensuring wear resistance and dynamic load capacity up to 50 kN. The 7-400 rail measures 40 mm in width and 70 mm in height, while the 7-300 rail measures 30 mm in width and 70 mm in height. The contact surface is CNC-finished and induction-hardened with a hard layer thickness of 3–5 mm, providing a service life exceeding 10 million linear motion cycles.

Rail connections use grade 10.9 steel bolts with a 200 mm installation spacing. Lubrication is performed with NLGI 2 industrial grease, and the external anti-rust coating ensures corrosion resistance up to 95% relative humidity. Rails operate in temperatures from -20°C to 120°C, making them suitable for heavy industrial environments and high-speed production lines.
