The 6BT oversized cylinder head gasket is designed with a 102 mm inner diameter and 1.2 mm thickness. The core is multilayer steel with nickel coating and a heat-resistant elastomer layer up to 300°C. The cylinder contact surface is machined with 0.02 mm precision and withstands combustion pressures up to 120 bar. Reinforcing steel rings are included around cylinder and oil holes, providing tensile strength over 500 N/mm². Thermal resistance ranges from -40 to 300°C, and vibration stability is ensured up to 15g.
This gasket is designed for 6-cylinder 6BT diesel engines, with oversize dimensions increasing cylinder lifespan. Chemical resistance against oil, fuel, and coolant is high, with plastic deformation under 0.05 mm. Oil and water hole dimensions comply with OEM standards, allowing quick installation with M10 bolts. Sealing efficiency exceeds 98 percent, and service life under severe thermal cycling exceeds 200,000 km. All components are ISO 9001 compliant and successfully pass pressure and temperature tests.
