Pressure solenoids

Pressure solenoids are designed for operating pressures from 50 to 500 bar and tank volumes of 0.5 to 5 liters. The body is made of high-strength stainless steel with anti-corrosion coating. The main coil diameter is 1.2 mm with electrical resistance between 8 and 12 ohms. Operating voltage ranges from 12 to 48 V DC, and nominal current is 2 to 10 A. The central magnet uses a soft steel core optimized for magnetic induction of 1.5 to 2 Tesla. Inlet and outlet connections comply with ISO 8434 standards, and operating temperature ranges from -20 to 80 degrees Celsius.

These solenoids provide precise hydraulic pressure control in industrial and automotive systems. Magnetic response time is under 10 milliseconds, and operational frequency reaches up to 50 Hz. Coil design features class H thermal insulation with vibration resistance up to 10g. Quick installation is possible with standard fittings, and weight ranges from 0.8 to 3 kg. Electromechanical efficiency exceeds 85 percent, and heat loss remains under 15 W during normal operation. All internal components undergo 1.2 times working pressure testing and comply with ISO 9001.
