Victor cover O-ring

The Victor cover O-ring is made of NBR elastomer with 70 Shore A hardness, operating temperature range from -40°C to 120°C, ensuring sealing under hydraulic pressure up to 20 bar. The inner diameter typically ranges from 15 to 80 millimeters, with a thickness of 2 to 6 millimeters. The O-ring has a full circular cross-section, designed according to ISO 3601 standards to provide uniform radial and axial load distribution and zero leakage in cover connections.

The O-ring surface is precisely CNC-finished, and hydraulic leak testing is performed at 1.25 times the standard operating pressure. Wear resistance and compatibility with industrial oils VG 32 to VG 68 are guaranteed. Installation in the cover uses a press-fit with metal guide rails, limiting displacement, corrosion, and deformation to less than 0.1 millimeters during operational lifetime.
