The Bando Duraflex 4L V-belt is designed for high-speed power transmission in medium center distance drives, with common applications in HVAC systems, pumps, and household appliances. This belt has a standard width of 12.7 millimeters and an approximate height of 7.9 millimeters, allowing stable operation on small and medium-sized sheaves. Its body is made of a special rubber compound engineered for high flexibility and effective heat dissipation. High-strength polyester tensile cords are embedded in the insulation section to minimize stretching and provide uniform load distribution.

The belt features a bias-cut, rubber-impregnated fabric cover that protects internal components while enhancing resistance to oil, ozone, and heat. Its operating temperature range is specified between -20 and 80 degrees Celsius, with dimensional accuracy controlled at approximately ±0.2 millimeters.
