The Gates BX30 V-belt is a cogged type, classified under the B series with an X profile. The top width of the belt is 17 mm and its height is approximately 11 mm. The internal length of the belt is around 762 mm while the external length is close to 800 mm. The cogged inner structure reduces slippage and increases power transmission efficiency up to 97 percent. This belt is designed according to international RMA and ISO standards and is suitable for operating temperatures from -30 to +90 degrees Celsius.
The tensile strength of the Gates BX30 V-belt is enhanced by reinforced polyester cords, allowing a maximum power transmission of up to 5 kW at medium speeds.
