The YILMAZ WORM gearbox series ET is an advanced generation of the E series, engineered for higher efficiency and optimized performance. Its housing is made from reinforced die-cast aluminum alloy and is available in sizes 25 to 150. The gear ratio range is selectable between 5 and 100, with mechanical efficiency reaching up to 92 percent in single-stage models. The precision heat-treated steel output shaft ensures torque transmission with minimal vibration and very low noise. Natural cooling through the radial finned housing enables effective heat dissipation and extends the service life of bearings and gears.
The YILMAZ ET series gearbox can deliver up to 1500 Nm of output torque, supporting input power from 0.12 to 11 kW. The motor interface uses a standard IEC flange with options for direct or coupled input connection. Heat- and wear-resistant seals prevent oil leakage under heavy-duty operating conditions. Permanent lubrication with synthetic ISO VG 320 oil reduces friction and enhances motion efficiency. Precise assembly tolerances minimize backlash and ensure stable operation under dynamic loads. Manufactured in compliance with CE and ISO 9001 standards, this gearbox is ideal for hoists, conveyors, and industrial packaging systems.
