The YILMAZ KR series side-shaft gearbox features a modular design with precision helical gears, achieving power transmission efficiency up to 96%. Its gear ratio ranges from 5:1 to 80:1, providing output torque between 200 and 7000 Nm. The input and output shafts are designed for high axial and radial loads, supporting input speeds up to 3600 rpm. The housing is made of aluminum alloy or cast iron with high surface hardness, capable of withstanding operating temperatures up to 85°C.
The internal lubrication system uses ISO VG 220 industrial oil to maintain a stable operating temperature. Gears are manufactured to ISO 6-7 precision, minimizing vibration and noise. Flexible installation with standard bases and multiple output shafts makes the KR gearbox suitable for industrial machinery, power transmission lines, and automation systems.
